Services
I offer a mindfulness, body-oriented psychotherapy approach for individual adults, teens, children and parents. You are a unique individual so the therapeutic approach will be developed collaboratively based on your individual needs. In each session, I provide a compassionate, kind and non-judgmental space, as I believe that these are the conditions we need to heal and flourish. Through a mind-body approach, you will learn how your thoughts and body inform, help, or make life harder for you.
